Reagan Glazier

CEO, DIRECTOR

Mr. Glazier is a mineral exploration executive with over 15 years of gold, copper, base metal, and rare-earth exploration experience in North and South America. Born and raised in Northern British Columbia, he brings a strong technical background and hands-on experience in grassroots and discovery-stage exploration projects. He currently sits on the boards of Freegold Ventures Ltd., Starr Peak Mining Ltd. and is the CEO and President of Pacific Bay Minerals Ltd. He holds a Bachelors of Science in Geology from the University of Calgary.

Philip Ellard

CPA, CFO

Philip Ellard is a designated CPA with a Bachelor of Commerce Honours from the University of British Columbia. His expertise includes providing financial reporting, go-public, taxation and regulatory support services. Philip also sits as a CFO for MiMedia Holdings (TSX-V: MIM), and Newpath Resources Inc. (CSE: PATH). Previously. Philip worked as an accountant with Smythe LLP and Morgan & Company LLP, two public accounting firms in Vancouver, B.C., providing audit and taxation services to private and public companies.

Jared Galenzoski

P.GEO, VP EXPLORATION

Mr. Galenzoski has an extensive background in mining and exploration, including project management and operations in both regional and international settings, including VP roles at Buffalo Potash Corp., Continental Potash Corp., and is the President of Fides Strategic Resource Management Ltd. His experience in both private and publicly traded companies makes him an invaluable leader in managing both small and large-scale developments of mining projects with the best possible standards.

Mr. Vieira has been involved in mining exploration for over 15 years and has experience in prospecting, property evaluation, exploration and development. He brings a professional background operating businesses in Brazil as well as North America, Africa and Europe, and an experienced network of individuals. Mr. Vieira holds a BBA from Anhembi Morumbi University.

Jared Galenzoski

P.GEO, VP EXPLORATION, DIRECTOR

Mr. Galenzoski is a seasoned Professional Geologist with more than two decades of experience across the mineral exploration and mining lifecycle, from early-stage discovery to producing mines. His work spans North and South America, where he has played key roles in advancing projects across multiple commodities.

Justin Daley

P.GEO, DIRECTOR

Mr. Daley is the current CEO of Made In America Gold, a Palisades-affiliated company, and a Professional Geologist with over 15 years of global experience in greenfield mineral exploration across North and South America and Turkey. He is the former CEO and founding geologist of VR Resources Ltd., a junior exploration company focused on prospect generation and early-stage gold and critical metals in Nevada.

Mr. Daley also brings expertise in data-driven business transformation and has pursued advanced studies in artificial intelligence and machine learning, specializing in business analytics through executive programs at Harvard Business School and the School of Applied Science.

Cameron Macdonald

DIRECTOR

Mr. MacDonald has over 18+ years of Capital Markets public company experience as founder and CEO Macam Group of Companies specializing in Capital Markets, M&A, banking, financial management, and operations. He has been investing in start-up companies since 2002 and has helped raise over $300 million in equity and over $650 million in debt financings.

Mr. MacDonald is currently the President and CEO of Decimus Oil Corp. (TSXV:WCSB) and interim CEO of Aurwest Resources Corp (TSX.V:AWR), Director of Pacific Bay Minerals Ltd. (TSXV:PBM), and serves as an investor and board member for several other businesses.

Dr. Turner is renowned for his extensive expertise in geosciences, particularly in the realm of REEs and strategic metals. His 2+ decade career is distinguished by notable achievements and contributions in both industry and academia. Dr. Turner holds a PhD in Geological Sciences from the University of British Columbia, which further bolsters his deep scientific understanding the fields of mineralogy and geochemistry which are highlighted in his many publications.

Ikram Osmani

Ikram Osmani has over 35 years of experience in mineral exploration, resource development, research, and corporate experience since graduating from the University of Windsor in 1982. With international experience, his knowledge and insight along with due diligence and evaluation has been valuable to growing out Neotech’s portfolio of assets.

Dr. Alexander Cushing

PHD, MFIN, P.ENG, SPECIAL ADVISOR

Dr. Alexander Cushing joins is a highly respected metallurgist with a proven track record bridging academic innovation and real-world application in mineral processing. With multiple published works on alternative metallurgical processes including adsorption techniques critical to unlocking value in the rare earth and critical minerals sector—Dr. Cushing brings a depth of technical insight that directly supports the advancement of Neotech’s portfolio of projects.

His industry experience includes tenure at SGS Lakefield, one of the world’s leading metallurgical laboratories, and his current role as an independent consultant advising on complex mining projects worldwide. In this capacity, he evaluates metallurgical performance, underwrites reclamation bonds, and assesses both technical and financial risk across precious metals, base metals, and rare earth developments, positioning him to play a key role in maximizing the economic potential of Neotech’s projects.
